I'd like to share a recent case study with you. Simultaneously for one client, we provided supply chain strategy services, implemented a WMS/TMS, integrated material handling systems at a new distribution center, retrofitted an existing material handling system, planned a new distribution center and coordinated an organizational excellence project that encompassed the entire company. All this work performed in five locations was coordinated, tightly managed and is producing outstanding business results.

Our integrated services approach reduces the risk of unsuccessful investments in supply chain improvement projects. We deploy our large force of supply chain experts where and when they are needed without the challenges of dealing with subcontractors for design and support and taking responsibility for ensuring success…..
